Meet Ghita:

I have been a licensed realtor since 1992 and have worked out of the Re/Max Suburban Libertyville office since the beginning of 2002. Along with traditional home buyers and sellers, I love working with investors. I have personally owned and managed residential rental properties since 1994 and grew up in a family that owned and managed multiple residential rental properties.  I understand and enjoy the investors business and have worked through many foreclosure and short sale negotiations.   I'm also very interested in green building and alternative energy practices.  I am a member of the USGBC and attend relevant meetings to continue learning about these emerging topics.

I've also worked for a real estate speciality leasing company in Chicago (owned by Sam Zell), a Re/Max office in St. Charles, IL, as well as a luxury home builder. Along with my extensive real estate experience I've also worked for Showtime Networks (a division of Viacom) for 7 years as a sales manager.

I'm a life long Northern Illinois Resident living in Libertyville for the past 6 years. I've also lived in Cook and Kane counties. I am a married mother of two girls which are the pride and joy of my life.
